Understanding the Emotion Release® Disclaimer
This Emotion Release Disclaimer explains that the Emotion Release® Healing Center provides non-clinical, body-based emotional wellness sessions supporting emotional awareness, release, and stabilization.
Emotion Release® Practitioners are not acting as physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, licensed counselors, or other licensed healthcare providers unless they separately hold such credentials and clearly identify them.
Emotion Release® sessions are not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for services provided by a qualified healthcare or mental health professional. Do not delay, discontinue, or change medical or psychological treatment based on information received through this website or during an Emotion Release® session.
No specific result, outcome, cure, or improvement is guaranteed. Each person’s experience is individual, and results may vary. Any testimonials or personal experiences shared on this website represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that others will experience the same outcome.
Health-related advertising claims must be truthful, non-misleading, and appropriately supported.
Emotion Release® sessions are not crisis services and are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. In the United States, anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts or emotional crisis may call or text 988 for free, confidential support available 24 hours a day.
Online sessions require the use of internet-based communication technology. Although reasonable care may be taken to protect privacy, no electronic platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients are responsible for choosing a private location, using a secure internet connection, and protecting access to their device. HHS advises that remote communication technologies may create privacy and security risks.
By scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate, remain responsible for your own decisions and well-being, and may pause or end the session at any time.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Use of this website does not establish a practitioner-client relationship. A practitioner-client relationship begins only after a session has been scheduled and the required consent and intake process has been completed.
